Do you remember when Cadillac’s had the reputation of being the smoothest and most luxurious cars on the market? Well, this is the Cadillac of shoulder machines. It’s hard to imagine there being a better side lateral/rear delt, ever.

It feels so damn smooth, and that is the highest compliment that a machine can receive (it’s a lot like liquor in that way). The pad pivots and the handles are able to move forward and back to accommodate the users movement. Those pivot points also let you position yourself over top the machine and perform rear delts, like in the second half of the video.
